The mission of District 151 Human Resources Department is to ensure the optimum operation of our schools through the recruitment, promotion, and retention of high-quality employees.

What We Do 

Our department provides operational support for the district by handling recruiting, staffing, performance management, orientation, policy development and documentation, employee relations, counseling, and other services.
